Simply complete the personalization form when you place your order. Include details of your pet’s name, font style and preferred background color (and size details if they are different to our default sizes).
Multiple pets can be included in one image, but price is per pet so please take this into account when placing your order.
When your order has been placed, send a GOOD photo of your pets via email, and we will start working on your design.
For the best results, take a close-up shot with your pet facing directly into the camera, capturing their ears, head, neck, and chest. This will enable us to create a detailed portrait of your pet’s face.
Make sure to take your pet’s photo in a well-lit environment, preferably under natural lighting conditions and without a filter.
It is important that your photo is of the highest quality. Most smart phones deliver high resolution photos today. Please see our Good Photo Guidelines for more information.

Yes, you can request an unlimited number of revisions, and we will work on your design until you are happy with the final result.
Please note the custom portrait will be based on the photo that you supply. It is important that you are happy with your photo before sending it, we can not change the position or features of the pet.
On the rare occasion that you are not satisfied with the proof, we are happy to cancel your order and offer a full refund.
Please note that when you give your approval we will create your final high quality images, no further revisions can be made and no refund will be issued at this stage.
The default size for the USA and Canada is 16×20 inches, and for Europe and International the size is A3 (11,7×16,5 inches).
All files are high quality 300 dpi which can be used for printing.
If you need a different size, it is not a problem, please include your preferred size details when you place your order.
You will receive your first proof within 24 hours of us receiving your good photo (working hours). You can request changes or give your approval at this stage.
When you confirm that you are happy with the proof we will create your final high quality image files and send you a secure link via Etsy Messenger, where you can download your files.
You simply need to click the link and then select the files to download to your computer or smart phone. No special software is needed.
