Revisions, refund and cancellation
Revisions
We want all of our customers to be 100% happy with their pet portrait and with our Customer Service, we will do what we can to ensure you are satisfied with your artwork. You can request an unlimited number of revisions to each proof, and we will work on your design until you are happy with the final result.
Please note the custom portrait will be based on the photo that you supply. It is important that you follow our Good Photo Guidelines and are happy with your photo before sending it, we can not change the position or features of the pet. We can remove red eye, and most collars or leashes.
On the rare occasion that you are not satisfied with the proof, we are happy to cancel your order and offer a full refund.
REFUND
If you are unhappy with the proof and would like to cancel your order, we will offer a full refund.
When you give your approval to the proof the final digital files will be sent to you and your order is complete. You will no longer be able to request a refund or cancel your order at this stage. Each order is a custom product and cannot be returned.
Cancellation
Please note that when you give your approval we will create your final high quality images, no further revisions can be made and cancellations will not be accepted. No refund will be issued at this stage.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we can not offer exchanges due to the personalised nature of each order.
