1. In the personalization box, provide desired text, names, date, or any details you would like to include.
2. Place your order
3. Send me your photo via Etsy messenger or email contact[!at]madtoy.com – (please include order number in your email).
4. I will send your proof within 24 hours (working hours) – You can request revisions until you are happy 🙂
5. You will receive high resolution digital files (PDF and JPG formats), to print at home or at your favorite print shop.

MULTIPLE PETS can be placed together on one image. Please note pricing is per pet.

💛 The default DIGITAL FILE SIZE for

USA/Canada – 16×20 inch (300 dpi)
Europe/International – A3, (11,7×16,5 inch – 300 dpi)
If you need a different size, it is not a problem. Just let me know what you need and I will create your pet portrait based on this size, for example, 5×7 inches, 10×12 inches etc.

🐾 RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

If you are unhappy with the proof and would like to cancel your order, I will offer a full refund.
When you give your approval to the proof the final digital files will be sent to you and your order is complete. You will no longer be able to request a refund at this stage. Each order is a custom product and cannot be returned.
